This is the one that Joanna and Orfeas initially built for themselves when the hotel was first created. Please feel free to shout “it’s MINE now!” upon entering and then laugh maniacally. The villa offers 120 m² of comfort, meaning that it could even be described as luxurious, if only the word “luxury” had not been banned from any text associated with Leonis Summer Houses.
The ground floor consists of the living room, the dining room, the kitchen, one bedroom along with a dressing room and a bathroom, as well as a storage room. On the upper floor, one will find the master bedroom and the second bathroom. The living room sofa may be made into a bed for a fifth person, at a small fee.
There are two private terraces at Villa #4, one on each floor, both equipped with outdoor furniture and both with an impressive view to the pool and the sea.
